    Creates a directory file.

    Nested Directory Creation Operations Are Not Implemented. Please
    create one directory level at a time.

    The trailing backslash is optional. If not present, it will be
    appended.

    Format

      CREATE/DIRECTORY  path-name

1.1  –  Description

    The CREATE/DIRECTORY command creates the specified directory.

1.2  –  Qualifiers

1.2.1    /WARNINGS

       /WARNINGS
       /NOWARNINGS (default)

    Specification of /NOWARNINGS disables certain non-fatal
    CREATE/DIRECTORY errors.
