INSERT/OVERSTRIKE (Ctrl/A)

    Changes the current mode from insert mode to overstrike mode or
    from overstrike mode to insert mode. Insert mode (the default)
    inserts a character to the left of the current character.
    Overstrike mode replaces the current character.
