Format:	HELP  {topic {topic}...}

 The LADCP image is the controlling program for the LADDRIVER and
 DADDRIVER software.  It provides commands that enable you to do
 the following:

 	-offer a service
 	-connect to a service
 	-remove a service
 	-show information.
