This checks the local name file and the DECdns local namespace, and reports
 how many nodes are defined in the file and how many can fit in the local
 namespace.

     CHECK [file-name]

 If you do not specify a file name in the CHECK command, a default file name
 of SYS$SYSTEM:DECNET_LOC_NODE_DEFINITIONS.TXT is used.
