This field indicates the node address.  This can be specified using
 either Phase IV format or NSAP format.

   Phase IV format:  <area>.<nodeid>
                     <area>.<nodeid>+<prefix>

   DNA NSAP format:  <afi>:<idi>:<predsp>-<locarea>:<nodeid>:<nsel>
   OSI NSAP format:  <afi><idi>+<predsp><locarea><nodeid><nsel>
