Creates a group.

 SYNOPSIS

      CREATE GROUP group-name

 Argument

 group-name

 The full name of the group.

 ACCESS RIGHTS
 You must have write access to the directory in which you intend to
 create the group.

 The following command creates a group named .sales_group1 in the
 directory .sales.

 dns> create group .sales.sales_group1
