Use the ZERO CIRCUIT command to reset circuit counters on the
 executor node.

 ZERO    KNOWN CIRCUITS COUNTERS
         CIRCUIT circuit-id

 All underscores found in parameters must be replaced with spaces
 when parameters are used in NCP commands.

1  –  KNOWN CIRCUITS

 Indicates that counters for all known circuits are to be reset.

2  –  CIRCUIT circuit-id

 Identifies a particular circuit for which counters are to be
 reset.
