Use the ZERO LINE command to reset line counters on the
 executor node.

 ZERO    KNOWN LINES     COUNTERS
         LINE line-id

 All underscores found in parameters must be replaced with spaces
 when parameters are used in NCP commands.

1  –  KNOWN LINES

 Indicates that counters for all known lines are to be reset.

2  –  LINE line-id

 Identifies a particular line for which counters are to be
 reset.
